This place is one of our all time favourite hotels. It's nestled in the jungle of Palenque. The rooms are luxurious, the service is always superb, the flora and fauna are indescribable. Love feeding the wild monkeys bananas. The pool in the jungle can only truly be appreciated in person. 6 stars. Thank you Rafael. Hopefully we will see you again soon. Take care.

I only came to the restaurant but WOW it’s amazing!!! Don’t even think about it! Come and eat at this beautiful restaurant full of delicious food!

This place is magical and exceptional. The place is quite, unique, well designed and in peace with nature. Food is extraordinary and we ended up eating 3 times a day here. The pool is beyond what words can describe- so amazing & relaxing. The staff - Daniel, Carlos, the chef and the owner will go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. I want this place to stay hidden and magical but this review is a must! I recommend it 1000%!!! Can’t wait to be here again.

Really peaceful place. Especially because of their Little baby Alligator in the lake, the super friendly staff and the extraordinary swimming pools.

I really liked everything with this hotel! The great friendly service (the staff speaks English), we were welcomed with a wonderful room upgrade. The room itself was very comfortable. I liked the bath products (l'occitane, as well as artisanal soap) and the complimentary drinks in the fridge. We had a great swim in the pool at dusk with a cocktail and will never forget the memory. Dinner was delicious. A howler monkey also hanging out on the tree looking into the room was a really fun experience. I sincerely recommend this hotel to everyone!

This place is like paradise! This is the only place you should stay if you visit Palenque! They only have 8 rooms, that’s why it feels very private and quiet. It’s not cheap but worth every single penny. The staff is outstanding! They are super friendly, helpful and speak excellent English. They organized the tours and transportation for me. The trusted driver was very reliable and always on time. The rooms and the other facilities have a very charming and unique touch. The shower was great because of the water pressure and the filtered water. The tap water was so clean you could actually drink it which is not common in Mexico. I also liked the L'occitane products. The food at the restaurant was very good for a hotel restaurant in the jungle. I was actually pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality of every single dish I had. How did the chef manage to make every single dish on the menu delicious :)? The only regret I have is that I couldn’t stay longer. I wish I had some time to swim in the pool and enjoy a spa treatment. I‘ll definitely book this hotel again if I come back to Palenque.

The nicest place in Palenque. This place is magical. It's worth the price. The amazing foliage and atmosphere of the property is stunning. The restaurant was delicious as well, and the staff were very kind. The owner came by to greet us at dinner. Wifi was strong.

It's a gem hidden in the middle of the jungle. We were stunned when we got there. There is a small lake , wild life flowers and huge trees all over the place. The room (suite) was perfect . Very good continental breakfast.
