★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal trato por parte de los vendedores de la boutique, prefieren atender a los mirones que nada más van a que les preparen un café y que no compran nada en lugar de atender a los clientes que ya forman parte de nespresso. Pero eso sí, le reclaman a su compañero que si te atendió cuando compras una nueva máquina.

Siempre que acudo pido que me obsequian una taza de algún café que no he probado. Los artículos de la marca son muy originales. No olvides llevar tus cápsulas para ser recicladas.
Their coffee is great: aroma, flavor and intensity. Each one really has its own personality. And the customer service is to stand out. Te recomiendo que vayas a conocer la amplia variedad de opciones que ofrecen, incluso puedes pedir probar un sabor antes de adquirir una caja (que incluye 10 cápsulas).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nespresso refuses to recycle my capsules. I am forced to throw out the capsules and my coffee maker because Nespresso refuses to honor its commitment to recycle all used customer capsules! I have spent 8 days and 11 communications talking to people at Nespresso with no success. I have had four people promise to take care of the recycling, but no one does anything. I filled out the recycling form with my order and Nespresso "forgot" to pick it up. Since then, they have promised 11 times to pickup the capsules. I have now given up. Horrible horrible company!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nespresso boutiques are also the same all over the world, you can find the same quality coffee and depending on the market original and vertuo capsules and machines; what makes them different is the people that work in them. This boutique has great people but I would like to highlight one of the girls that work here I think her name is Gabriela. She was really kind and very helpful, I got some issues with a promotion and she took the time to explain guide me to the process and solved my issue, I have to say I leaved very pleased with the service and I would definitely recommend this boutique based on their service. I had a really bad experience in another boutique near by where they treat you like if you were begging for a favor rather than a customer. Anyway here is totally different. Very Happy with the customer service.
