★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se aprende lo más básico, hay muy poco sparring y en sí todo se aprende con costal y manoplas. Sirve excelente para hacer cardio y mucho ejercicio, pero para aprender boxeo, no lo recomendaría al 100%.
You learn the basics, there is very little sparring and everything is learned with a bag and mitts. It's great for cardio and lots of exercise, but for learning boxing, I wouldn't 100% recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente espacio para iniciarte en la práctica del box. Las instalaciones son adecuadas para la práctica de este deporte y las clases suelen estar bien estructuradas. Porque siempre es mejor probar antes de comprometerse no dudes en agendar tu clase muestra. El gran pero de este espacio es que no cuenta con lugar de estacionamiento y por las tardes en la zona suele ser difícil encontrar lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intalaciones muy buenas pero un verdadero relajo administrativo!! Los profesores en general son buenos pero los que estaban antes eran una MARAVILLA. Pide tu clase muestra y tómala en el horario que vas a asistir para que no te lleves sorpresas desagradables si te inscribes y te toque con alguno de los profesores que tienen cero actitud.
Very good facilities but a real administrative relaxation !! The teachers in general are good but those who were before were a WONDER. Ask for your sample class and take it in the schedule you are going to attend so that you do not take unpleasant surprises if you sign up and touch you with one of the teachers who have zero attitude.

Los entrenadores son muy buenos y hay diferentes horarios.
Puedes entrenar box y muay thai.
