★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre 4 juegos de baño (taza, tanque y accesorios). No encajo una taza con un tanque porque me las dieron distintos.
Y los juegos de herrajes no sirven, el flotador no funciona. Así que tuve que comprar un juego de taza y tanque, y los 3 juegos de herrajes. Al ir y mencionarles la situación, solo me dicen que no hay en existencia. Pero no dan alternativas ni solución. Pésima la calidad de sus materiales y no es justo que no generen el cambio cuando ellos mandaron mal lo que se pidió.
Buy 4 bathroom sets (cup, tank and accessories). I don't fit a mug with a tank because they gave me different ones.
And the hardware sets are useless, the float does not work. So I had to buy a cup and tank set, and all 3 hardware sets. By going in and mentioning the situation to them, they just tell me there is none in stock. But they do not give alternatives or solutions. The quality of their materials is terrible and it is not fair that they do not generate change when they sent what was requested wrong.

Great place for home building items, prices a bit inflated though, but can be made up for with the wide variety of items they offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención, encuentras casi de todo. Al menos en plomeria que fue lo que iba buscando en contre lo que necesitaba y ahora ya hay un monedero digital el cual te genera puntos los cuales puedes utilizar en la misma tienda.
Very good attention, you find almost everything. At least in plumbing which was what I was looking for against what I needed and now there is a digital wallet which generates points which you can use in the same store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención, la tienda está muy bien surtida, Cómo sugerencia también el número de teléfono que tienen agregado en su página de Google ya que esté no funciona, habemos personas que estamos retirados y nos urge hacer una cotización por teléfono y es imposible comunicarse, la única opción es ir a la tienda, a veces uno quiere hacer el pedido para que otra persona que esté cerca lo vaya a traer, y eso no es posible. Es un negocio muy sólido, con una infraestructura empresa de alto nivel y Es difícil creer que no puedan resolver ese detalle.
Soy cliente consecutivo agradecería resuelvan eso.
