It has everything, good prices. The staff seem well prepared and gives you advices, good advices, not only trying to sell you the most expensive things. They do shipping service, I don't know if it is free.

Always find what I need and if they don't carry a certain brand of toilet or fan, they'll tell exactly where to find it in town.

No real selection of parts, only appliances and packaged goods

Bit messy store , people running around construction, staff on their phones with very little knowledge, passing the ball each other ti assist customers on a imaginary waiting line , not easy check out at cashier not willing to help nor willing to smile. Just another job for them.

Great place in Playa del Carmen to satisfy your plumbing needs. Easy to find and lots of free parking. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Helps to speak a little Spanish.

Ok but takes time Usual 3 person delivery 1)sales 2) then pay 3) go to get item HOME Depot is faster and easier but Boxito has different stock so it's an option

This is a store, for me, budget price to upper midrange items for house construction and household items. The system they service a customer is outstanding. The way they provide service I can't remember any other store in any other country ( visited over 100 big cities). In each of my about 15 visits I got a knowledgeable , curious representative to walk with me with a tablet. Tells me all detail information about an item I touch on display. Offers me other options of brands, guality and prices - shows me photos of the other products and walks me over to the part of the store where other brands are in display. When my selections and buying is done - cashier is ready to take my credit card. By the time I signed and walked over to the pick up counter most of my items are on the counter. Me and most other customers are surprised with this part. This is the part I came to think of on my Sunday morning - a week after my last shopping in Boxito and decided to write about this business compared to a project of a children's school I got involved with in Playa where I am the director of a committee of 8 members - having meetings after meetings for last two months - another this afternoon. We need more good service system to have more downtime to enjoy life.
