Hablas al teléfono y te dicen que no encuentran tu ticket. Lo mandas por WhatsApp y te dicen que "por equivocación" el ticket se marcó como pagado con puntos por lo que necesitan cambiarlo, lo que tardará una hora. A las dos horas preguntas que pasó y no te contestan. Otras 3 horas más tarde hablas nuevamente y te dicen que hasta mañana y te cuelgan en teléfono. Espero que no siga así. Francamente creo que los despachadores y demás empleados aprovechan el programa de puntos para pagar la gasolina, la cobran al cliente y luego se la ven complicada para facturar.
