Las clases están muy completas, inicia con ejercicios de fuerza y acondicionamiento físico, posterior a ello Miss Bere marca figuras en el pole explicando con detalle cada paso para poder lograr la figura. En el transcurso de la ejecución de la figura anteriormente marcada la maestra se encuentra pendiente de ti e incluso las mismas compañeras te apoyan a no caer y no rendirte.

?Ambiente con compañeras y maestra demasiado afectuoso, atento y ameno.
