★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de ortodoncia, la tarjeta que dan de puntos no me dejaron usarla porque pasé pasé más de un mes sin ir, y tenía casi dos años de puntos, mismos que nunca me dejaron usar.
Terrible orthodontic service, the point card they give me was not allowed to use it because I spent more than a month without going, and I had almost two years of points, which they never let me use.

Me agrada mucho el respeto por el tiempo de los demás, la puntualidad en las citas es parte de la atención que brindan a sus pacientes, aunque también es desventaja para quienes acostumbran llegar tarde. Firmas contrato por dos años con mensualidades muy cómodas y no te piden pago inicial. La cita de valoración no tiene costo. Los estudios si van por separado, los pagas en el laboratorio al que te envian. Las recepcionistas parecen enojonas, pero nada que ver, siempre están dispuestas a facilitarnos la vida. Tiene estacionamiento y está muy bien ubicado.

I really like respect for the time of others, punctuality in appointments is part of the care they provide to their patients, although it is also a disadvantage for those who are used to being late. You sign a two-year contract with very comfortable monthly payments and they do not ask you for a down payment. The appraisal appointment is free. The studies if they go separately, you pay for them in the laboratory to which they send you. The receptionists seem angry, but nothing to do, they are always ready to make our lives easier. It has parking and is very well located.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo soy una persona a quien le da mucho miedo ir al dentista, pavor mejor dicho, probé con mil dentistas diferentes y puedo decir que aquí me sentí cómoda, en confianza y tranquila, vale la pena absolutamente todo, el respeto hacia los clientes y citas de cada uno que a su vez nos hace tomarlos de forma sería y respetar el trabajo realizado, gracias por la paciencia, dedicación y respeto hacia un cliente como yo, por la seguridad que me brindan para seguir mis tratamientos y dejar aún lado el miedo a los dentistas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La doctora que me atendió, me dijo que para que pudiera comer, me podía hacer unas prótesis sin quitarme las caries que tengo, así sin arreglarme nada, encima de mis dientes careados. Y que lo mío no era una emergencia, que siguiera comiendo con los dientes, que había personas en peores condiciones que yo. Bueno buscaré otro lugar en donde sí tengan una buena disposición para atenderme, me pregunto si, no poder comer, no es una urgencia.

And that mine was not an emergency, that I continued to eat with my teeth, that there were people in worse conditions than me.
