★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraudes, te hace cargos sin tu conocimiento como la campaña desinteresate. Los canales de comunicación son casi inservibles y si logras comunicarte con un ejecutivo estos te dieran que lo pagues y que luego te lo abonan, pero para que te lo abonen es otro show porque todos los ejecutivos te dan información y fechas diferentes para el abono.
 Fraud, charges you without your knowledge as the campaign is disinterested. The communication channels are almost useless and if you manage to communicate with an executive they will tell you to pay it and then they will pay you, but getting paid is another show because all the executives give you different information and dates for payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te agregan servicios que nunca solicitaste y te los cobran sin tu haberlos aceptado, eso aquí y en china es ROBO, hasta los mismos operadores te dicen que en efecto tienes cargos sin autorización. No se cómo existe gente que se presta a trabajar con esta clase de empresas que solo roban y acosan a las personas.
Para cancelar es imposible, te dicen que elijas opciones del menu que no aparecen y por ende jamas puedes cancelar su horrible tarjeta.
They add services that you never requested and they charge you without your having accepted them, that here and in China is THEFT, even the operators themselves tell you that in effect you have charges without authorization. I don't know how there are people who agree to work with this kind of companies that only steal and harass people.
To cancel it is impossible, they tell you to choose options from the menu that do not appear and therefore you can never cancel their horrible card.

Pero no me importa que me metan al buro no les voy a regalar el dinero pues llamas y pura gente fina o bien solo su contestadora, pero que tal te intimidan, NO LA ADQUIERAN... .

Sin mi autorización me hicieron un cargo a mi tarjeta de un seguro llamado "Hospitalización plan c" que pague durante 8 meses $169.00 aparte pagas $49.00 al mes por uso de tarjeta que es algo que no te dicen cuando ofrecen la tarjeta. Pero eso no fue lo único ???? me llego a mi estado varias compras que yo no hice fueron más de $4000.00 y yo no hice ningúna compra con mi tarjeta la única persona que tuvo acceso a mi tarjeta fue la señorita que está en la tienda en atención a clientes en la tienda de promoda de gran Patio Texcoco a esta persona le pedí el monto que tenia que pagar fue la única que tuvo mi número de tarjeta y lógico no le costó nada con ver los números de atrás y lo malo de está tarjeta que no cuenta con nip

Despues de 2 años que cancele la tarjeta, me hablan de un jurídico para decirme que tengo varios atrasos de la cuenta, que realize una compra en un oxxo, situación y acción que no reconozco y no realizé, al hablar a atención a clientes se portan déspotas y no solucionan nada, piden que pagues los cargos no reconocidos y no te brindar ni siquiera su nombre de quien te esta atendiendo. Es una estafa esa empresa, deberíamos de demandar por daños y perjuicios todas y todos los que estamos pasando por esta situación.
