En resumen, nunca ordenaron mi vestido de novia por el cual di un anticipo del 50%, e intentaron darme un vestido de muestra que tenían en tienda que era 3 tallas más grande pretendiendo que era el mío. Dejaron pasar 4 meses pretendiendo que estaban fabricando el vestido en España. Mi boda es en dos meses así que será difícil encontrar un vestido en otro lado, pero era imposible que aceptara un vestido donde el busto tenía un diseño complejo el cual no se podía simplemente cortar 3 tallas, además de que se me pidió que liquidara el vestido antes de ver si quedaba bien con los arreglos, a lo cual me rehusé. Le Pedí a Ari, la vendedora, que se me regresara mi anticipo y la gerente Mayela (o nombre similar) me llamo por teléfono una semana después inventando que ella y yo habíamos tenido una conversación en persona donde yo acepte el vestido talla 14. Hecho que NO sucedió porque ni siquiera ha estado en tienda las dos veces que ido. Es tan mentirosa que dijo que yo había regresado a la tienda en una fecha que yo no estaba en México, porque resido en el extranjero. La gerente terminó la llamada amenazando con su abogado porque yo tenía que aceptar el vestido que ellas me dieran y pagar el 50% restante. Estoy trabajando en una queja formal con la procuraduría del consumidor. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience at Bradia. Long story short, they never ordered my wedding dress on which I gave a 50% down, and tried to give me a sample dress they had in store that was 3 sizes too big pretending it was mine. They let 4 months go by pretending that they were manufacturing the dress in Spain. My wedding is in two months so it will be difficult to find a dress elsewhere, but it was impossible for me to accept a dress where the bust had a complex design which could not be simply cut 3 sizes, plus I was asked to settle the dress before seeing if it went well with the alterations, which I refused. I asked Ari, the saleswoman, to return my advance and the manager Mayela (or similar name) phoned me a week later making up that she and I had had a conversation in person where I accepted the size 14 dress. Done which did NOT happen because he hasn't even been to the store the two times he's been. She is such a liar that she said that I had returned to the store on a date that I was not in Mexico, because I live abroad. The manager ended the call by threatening her lawyer because I had to accept the dress they gave me and pay the remaining 50%. I am working on a formal complaint with the consumer's attorney.
