★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace poco mas de 2 semanas solicite la reparación de la cortina de un quemacocos de una Vitara, se hizo el cambio , pero la cortina quedo muy sucia y el quemacocos abre muy bien pero al regresar lo hace muy forzado al desplazarse. En teoría el trabajo tiene garantía de 3 meses para reparar lo que salga, lo cual entiendo que puede suceder. El problema es la mala respuesta que dan a sus clientes , la semana pasada acordamos que repararían lo que estoy reportando, pero fui y los técnicos no estuvieron, lo tuvo que hacer la persona que atiende el negocio, obvio ella no es la experta , pero creo que de todo este negocio es la que tiene la mejor actitud de servicio y es la que trata de mejorar la imagen, pero no es suficiente sin el respaldo de la gente que hace los trabajos. Yo elegí este negocio por las calificaciones positivas que están aquí, pero todas son en estéreos, pantallas, etc...pero no en quemacocos. NO RECOMIENDO UN TRABAJO CON ESTA EMPRESA PARA QUEMACOCOS!!! esperaria que se contacten conmigo y resuelvan el problema y me daria mucho gusto editar mi comentario despues de que reparen los problemas que reporto y que sirva de guia para quienes tomamos una decisión con base en las evaluaciones de Google.
A little more than 2 weeks ago, I requested the repair of the curtain of a sunroof of a Vitara, the change was made, but the curtain was very dirty and the sunroof opens very well but when returning it makes it very forced when moving. In theory, the work has a 3-month guarantee to repair what comes out, which I understand can happen. The problem is the bad response they give to their clients, last week we agreed that they would repair what I am reporting, but I went and the technicians were not there, the person who attends the business had to do it, obviously she is not the expert, but I think that of all this business it is the one that has the best service attitude and it is the one that tries to improve the image, but it is not enough without the support of the people who do the work. I chose this business because of the positive ratings that are here, but they are all on stereos, screens, etc ... but not on sunroof. I DO NOT RECOMMEND A JOB WITH THIS COMPANY FOR SUNROOF !!! I would hope that they contact me and resolve the problem and I would be happy to edit my comment after they repair the problems that I report and serve as a guide for those of us who make a decision based on Google evaluations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad e pasado dos veces y nunca están los técnicos , solo quería una reparación para mí estereo de un mk6 y nunca los e encontrado , solo atiende la señorita en el local , la verdad no entiendo porque algunas calificaciones positivas a este local
