★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Gerente de la Sucursal es la persona mas nefasta y prepotente el dia de hoy solo porque no se le dio la gana no me quiso pagar una pension alimenticia que llevo cobrando ahi desde hace mas de un año, argumentando que anteriormente me la habian pagado por error, una excusa bastante absurda porque no fue 1 ni dos veces que me las pagaron tiene mas de un año, es prepotente grosero y no es nada empatico con los clientes, no puede ser que tengan una persona con esas caracteristicas en esa sucursal

Ante la situación actual de COVID-19 se puede entender que algunas de sus sucursales se encuentren cerradas, pero lo que es inaceptable es que no puedan dar mantenimiento en sus ATMs (los 4 de la sucursal fuera de servicio), pero que tal al momento de cobrar los intereses por pagos tardíos. Sinceramente les recomiendo cambiarse a BBVA que es un banco que ha invertido bastante en servicio, tecnología y atención al cliente.
Once again Citibanamex demonstrating the terrible bank that it is. Given the current situation of COVID-19, it can be understood that some of its branches are closed, but what is unacceptable is that they cannot maintain their ATMs (all 4 of the branch out of service), but how about at the moment? of collecting interest for late payments. I sincerely recommend switching to BBVA, which is a bank that has invested heavily in service, technology and customer service.

Bank disgust, from the receptionist to the bankers. They treat people in a terrible way, they do not give quick solutions, they take time to attend to you. A branch that needs staff restructuring.
