Pésimo servicio de tardan bastante en atenderte y si vas a sacar una tarjeta de nómina, te saltan todo el tiempo, el personal es grosero te hacen esperar para que a fin de cuentas no te atiendan.

Muy mal servicio el personal no está capacitado, para redirigir a los clientes, todo quieren que lo solucione la aplicación.

En general bien, las instalaciones son bastante aceptables, el personal (casi todo), está bien capacitado, lamentablemente dice el adagio: -"pagán justos por pecadores"- así que por algunos empleados no tan capacitados, demeritan el esfuerzo en conjunto. Me gustaría hacer una petición, que por favor a pesar de la situación actual, deberían de mejorar un poco su trato con los clientes.
In general well, the facilities are quite acceptable, the staff (almost everything), is well trained, unfortunately the adage goes: - "pay just for sinners" - so for some not so trained employees, they detract from the joint effort. Pésimo atención al cliente. Fui para realizar mi trámite de netkey móvil. La cuál me dijo la señora que si tenía cita!. Lo cual le respondí como que cita. Que donde dice que tengo que agendar cita no veo ningún letrero o información visible que me indique lo contrario. Y que la cita las dan 8 am y los que alcancen entoces ellos piensan que uno no trabaja o tiene otras actividades?? Estamos en semáforo verde ! Y la semana pasada en amarilo por el Covid19. No recomiendo este banco por su pésimo servicio al cliente, se traba mucho su aplicación móvil.
Terrible customer service. I went to do my mobile netkey procedure. Which the lady told me if she had an appointment! Which I replied like a quote. That where it says that I have to make an appointment I do not see any visible sign or information that indicates otherwise. And that the appointment is given at 8 am and those who reach then think that one does not work or has other activities? We are at a green light! And last week in yellow for the Covid19. I do not recommend this bank because of its terrible customer service, its mobile application is very cluttered.

Pésimo servicio y atención al cliente, en ningún otro banco te obligan a agendar citas para que te pueda atender un ejecutivo. Un trámite de 20 minutos tienes que hacer cita y si alcanzas. Actitud prepotente de parte de los gerentes o supervisores. Asco de banco en general.

asco de banco, me llamaron para que mi tramite se llevara a cabo mas rapido, luego de no atenderme y hacerme perder el tiempo volvieron a llamarme para "solucionar" el error, por tonto fui y nuevamente me tuvieron esperando para al final decirme "no hay sistema". No recomiento este banco.
