 Terrible service, more than two hours standing in line and everything so that they serve you inside with a face that their work gives them eggs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¿Una persona para servicios al cliente? Es totalmente ridiculo, tengo una hora en sucursal y todavía faltan 4 personas adelante de mi y cada una tarda en promedio de 15 a 20 minutos. La renovación fue totalmente ineficiente. Mala sucursal y mal banco que no piensa en sus clientes mínimo se necesita 4 personas para tener eficacia en servicio al cliente.
A person for customer services? It's totally ridiculous, I have one hour in the branch and there are still 4 people ahead of me and each one takes an average of 15 to 20 minutes. The renovation was totally inefficient. Bad branch and bad bank that does not think about its customers minimum 4 people are needed to be effective in customer service.
