Tarde una hora y media y aún no pasaba y pregunte que entonces a qué hora iba a pasar y me dijeron que aún me faltaban como 10 turnos más. En personal que está en cajas es súper lento, se tardan mucho atendiendo a una sola persona. ¡No volvería jamás! They don't respect the turn, the system they have on shift numbering doesn't work and they don't let you know ... Hasta 1 hora te dejan esperando. El INE por privacidad de la información puede omitir de la credencial de elector la calle donde vives. No es posible que siendo un documento válido a nivel nacional para el banco no lo sea. Y te piden un comprobante de domicilio para los trámites. Sencillamente nefastos. Adicional el lugar luce descuidado y sucio. Terrible customer service 2 HOURS to be attended. The INE for information privacy can omit the street where you live from the voter's credential. It is not possible that being a valid document at the national level for the bank it is not. And they ask you for a proof of address for the procedures. Simply disastrous. Additionally the place looks run down and dirty.
