★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siendo sincero el servicio aquí suele ser muy lento, ciertamente puede deberse en gran medida por la cantidad excesiva de gente que ingresa después de las 12:00 pm. Además las personas suelen pasar a ventanilla para resolver operaciones que podrían fácilmente realizar en cajeros o desde las aplicaciones y páginas de Citibanamex. Lamentablemente lo desconocen y alentan el servicio. Referente a esta sucursal también digo que al menos la atención de los empleados es decente pero no se puede hacer mucho por la velocidad cuando hay demasiadas personas a quien atender. Todas las veces que he ido salgo de ahí después de una hora. Los cajeros son excelentes, los botones son sensibles y rápidos, no tengo problema con los cajeros automáticos de este banco.
