Desconocimiento total del personal de esa suc Matamoros para asesorar al cliente y ofrecer una respuesta real, ya que un dice una cosa y cada una de las otros ejecutivos dicen otra. El tiempo de espera es más q malo (10 a 16:00 hrs haciendo fila y no fueron capaces de solucionar nada), no se coordinan los ejecutivos para atender de manera eficiente y rápida a los clientes. Nula atención a las normas de salud por contingencia, no ofrecen prioridad a personas vulnerables. No ofrecen una solución a la problemática que los clientes llevan. La gerente no tiene la mínima atención para dar la cara y ofrecer una solución al cliente.
