★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es pésima, lenta y mala actitud de todo el personal. Avanzan el contador de turnos de Servicio al cliente y en realidad van de 2 a 4 personas desfasadas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos nos quejamos del personal bancario y del Banco en general, pero cuando pedimos tarjetas y créditos no nos quejamos por solicitarlos.
En lugar de juzgar y criticar seamos más conscientes, dejemos de ser egoístas y pensar solo en nosotros mismos, TODO EMPIEZA DESDE LA ACTITUD con la que llegamos, y si nosotros le hablamos de mala forma a los empleados, no esperemos que nos contesten bien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es excelentemente pésima, quieres realizar un procedimiento con tu tarjeta no hay sistema y no una vez si no siempre dicen lo mismo, que si realizas un depósito en el cajero automático y no te devolvió tú cambio no una vez si no más ocasiones, encima de todo uno tiene que resolver el problema cuando es el banco Banamex está para darle soluciones a sus clientes no para provocarle otros, que claramente se podrían evitar pero no realizan su trabajo cada elemento que está en ella, por no darle el mantenimiento a sus máquinas y por no realizar un adecuado DNC a la empresa en el que podrían identificar cuantos elementos que trabajan en la empresa no cumplen con el Perfil de Puesto.
En lugar de ocupar ideas y presupuesto en publicidad deberían ocuparlo para capacitar a su personal y el mantenimiento a su equipo de trabajo ejemplo cajeros automáticos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su atención no es la mejor, siempre hay mucha gente por lo que tienes que asistir con tiempo o en un horario acertado. Me espere como 2 horas para que me atendieran y no me resolvieran nada.

Lamento que Banamex no ponga interés en mejorarla ya que son muchos años con mal personal en la misma. Mis felicitaciones para la sucursal de san Cosme excelente atención.
