Share an experience in Banamex and even the cleaning lady gets angry x everything else, lousy cashier service is not useful or only two have money, the cashiers are always bad and serve badly

Bad service make you wait hours just because you are not a customer and everything to be a simple deposit would never take out an account where they classify the people

The last straw is that the ATMs are under maintenance ALL AT THE SAME TIME for more than four days. Very unfortunate, what a barbarity!!!!

They always close at 10 for 4 pm, Bancomer lets pass until the last minute and closes, lousy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No funcionan las practicajas y tuve que pasar a las cajas para pagar tarjeta, me toco la caja 1, deposite el dinero y todavia no me habia ido de la plaza comercial cuando reviso las notificaciones del banco y aparece el deposito que hice y tambien otra notificacion de una compra en linea realizada 6 minutos despues de la hora de mi deposito y por exactamente la misma cantidad que deposite, obvio esta compra no la hice yo y me regreso al banco a reclamar y los empleados todos con una mega jeta solo me dicen que llame por telefono para pedir mi aclaracion.
The practices don't work and I had to go to the tills to pay the card, I touched till 1, I deposited the money and I still hadn't left the mall when I checked the notifications from the bank and the deposit I made appears and also another notification of an online purchase made 6 minutes after the time of my deposit and for exactly the same amount that I deposited, obviously I did not make this purchase and I return to the bank to claim and the employees all with a mega mug just tell me that call by phone to ask for my clarification.
