★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de los ejecutivos es muy buena pero hace falta personal para atender a las personas. Los cajeros suelen ser eficaces y eficientes en su desempeño. El problema radica en qur hay muchos clientes y está chiquito el banco. Tienen fila corta para clientes preferentes y tienen fila de clientes normales.
TIP: En la entrada está un despachador de turno, lo tomas y esperas a que tu turno aparezca en pantalla para pasar a las cajas.
The attention of the executives is very good but it takes staff to serve people. Cashiers are usually effective and efficient in their performance. The problem is that there are many clients and the bank is small. They have a short line for preferred customers and they have a line for normal customers.
TIP: At the entrance there is a dispatcher on duty, you take it and wait for your turn to appear on the screen to go to the boxes.

Fila en la calle para ingresar el banco. Esperar otro turno en el interior.
Esperar a que te abran la puerta para salir del interior. Dos cajeras que atienden. Malísima experiencia en éstos días.
In these moments of "pandemic" the service is AWFUL.
