★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado de darle las tarjetas a cualquier empleado de esta sucursal,mi esposa fue para que realizarán una devolución que el cajero se había tragado, le pidieron la tarjeta (débito) y el día de ayer comenzaron a realizar cargos a la tarjeta ,comenzaron con $1,hicieron varios cargos casi $4000 ,después que mi esposa realizó la aclaración por teléfono,seguían haciendo compras en linea.
No es la primera vez que ha pasado esta situación en esta sucursal

Desde que te formas afuera el chavo que te atiende nunca tiene fichas ni a las 9:30 (son impuntuales ellos), solo para la tarde, lo que no sabe es que no todos pueden ir y venir cuando ellos quieran, al final prestan un servicio, y la gente lo que quiere es entregarles practicamente su dinero... Quieres ir a abrir una cuenta para usar su dinero y te atienden hasta que se les de la gana. Si pides ayuda por Audimatico tampoco estan bien capacitados y te llevas de 1 a 2 horas hablando para que al final no resuelvan nada. Por favor, reporten la Suc. 4603. Esperemos Citibanamex pronto empiece con la automatizacion de sus procesos, con citas por la App, sin hacer colas ni pedir papelitos de fichas, y a distancia; para evitar lidiar con personal poco capacitado y nula experiencia.

Cabe destacar que acudí a otros sucursales y nunca me pidieron cita. Recomendación acudan a otra sucursal. Por cierto, no hay cajeros automáticos hay que pasar a ventanilla.

Si no pensaban habrir, solo publiquen q tampoco trabajaran en jueves y ya ? , hacen que uno pierda su tiempo en presentarse con seguridad por lo publicado.
