★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente ubicación. El Área de cajeros automáticos es excelente para poder realizar tus operaciones y creo que es más demandada que el servicio de ventanilla. Sucursal imperdible en el fraccionamiento Reforma.
Excellent location. The ATM area is excellent to carry out your operations and I think it is more in demand than the counter service. Unmissable branch in the Reforma subdivision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal tiene una pesima actitud de servicio, no resuelven los problemas a tiempo, los cajeros inteligentes se comen el dinero y te programan fecha de regreso en mas de un mes! Una verdadera basura de sucursal.
The staff has a very bad service attitude, they don't solve the problems on time, the smart cashiers eat the money and schedule you a return date in more than a month! A real branch trash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si van a cajas el servicio es rapido, fluido, pero si van a solicitar una cuenta, tarjeta u otra cosa, son super lentos, su sistema de ticket esta raro, con 1:20 hras, segia esperando, llegaban nuevos clientes y pasaban..., 2 horas perdi y no hice nada...
Vayan a otra sucursal...
If they go to the tills, the service is fast, fluid, but if they are going to request an account, card or something else, they are super slow, their ticket system is strange, with 1:20 hours, they kept waiting, new customers arrived and passed. .., 2 hours wasted and I did nothing...
