Hidden gem in downtown You wouldn’t expect such restaurant in Calle Santauro. The food was amazing, the braised lettuce, grilled avocado a must have. Justine the French waiter was a sweetheart

Hello all, unfortunately I can not recommend this place. This place has two locations in Tulum. I was unfortunately disappointed in both. Below are the individual points: 1. the music is very loud. 2. the prices transferred to the portions much too expensive. 3. the service was demotivated and reacted annoyed on inquiries. 5. the most important point: when you settle the bill, bring you the receipt. On this you see the costs as well as a handwritten note about the costs + 15% Tip as a total. You will be asked if you agree. Subsequently, in, the credit card device the full sum incl. 15% tip is entered. Subsequently, the device is given to you and to my surprise there was again the selection with tip to see. I should select tip again. I said that you had already calculated and entered the tip in addition. So instead of, for example, 100 dollars + 15% tip. Equal to 115 dollars had entered. Thus, the tip was calculated. They put themselves completely clueless but I have seen it exactly. After my complaint, they deleted the transaction and then entered the correct amount. This happened to me in both places. I recommend everyone not to enter this restaurant.

Great place for dinner in town. Staff seemed to have attitudes, but they addressed our every need, so no real complaints. Food was phenomenal! We had the bones marrow and shortbreads for appetizers. Bone marrow was flavorful, just not my favorite. The shortbreads were amazing. First time having them and I crave them now. AMAZING! Pork flank steak and shrimp were our mains and both were extremely well cooked. Will definitely be back!

We had only visited for breakfast but it was super delicious. People working there are so nice and it has a great vibe. I wish we could try more food from this place for lunch or dinner and we will definitely do this next time. Our breakfast was freshly made and their smothie juices are amazing. They also offer variety of fresh pastries. Perfect spot for morning start in Tulum. At the front of the store you can meet local celebreties, two dogs and a cat, they are adorable :)
