★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometimes it's good; that's the problem with Mexican establishments. They don't have well-established processes to give a certain expected quality.
There have been times when the avocado is spoiled; I imagine they add what leftovers or worse product from a previous busy day, which happen to be weekends, particuarly Sundays. Don't even expect them to pickup the phone on lunch hours, which may well last until after 7:00 pm. That's the way it is in these small towns, nothing to do but go eat out or get really drunk and party.
