 Terrible service they rent you the equipment without gas, they charge you for gas separately, very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio y horrible atención al cliente, sus equipos no funcionan correctamente y no dan ninguna solución viable ya que en todas las opciones el cliente termina perjudicado y con pérdida de tiempo. No recomendable.
Terrible service and horrible customer service, their equipment does not work properly and they do not provide any viable solution since in all options the client ends up harmed and losing time. Not recommendable.

En primera les solicitas un montacargas de acuerdo a lo que uno sabe que requiere y ellos te cotizan lo que según es mejor, te insisten con el pago ya que está te mandan algo que no es funcional, para que te manden otro se tardan otro día por sus procesos, al fin y al cabo como ya tienen su pago hacen lo que quieren y el personal se avienta la bolita y no te solucionan nada...
De preferencia contraten con PSH LIFT TRUCK
Más de un año trabajando con ellos sin ningún problema y súper buena atención del director comercial Christian Duran.

At first, you ask them for a forklift according to what you know you need and they quote you what is best, they insist on payment since they send you something that is not functional, so that they send you another one they take another day. for their processes, after all, since they already have their payment, they do what they want and the staff throws the ball and they don't solve anything...
Preferably contract with PSH LIFT TRUCK
More than a year working with them without any problem and super good attention from the commercial director Christian Duran.

El equipo que rentan no funciona correctamente y tardan 2 días en dar una solución inútil.
La última prioridad de la empresa son sus clientes y su principal objetivo es robar hasta el último peso en cada oportunidad.
Las cotizaciones se realizan a su conveniencia y no especifican ni notifican los costos extras que te agregan, aparte que el servicio es extremadamente caro.
Una verdadera pérdida de tiempo y de dinero.
Terrible service and poor attention from staff.
The equipment they rent does not work properly and it takes 2 days to provide a useless solution.
The last priority of the company is its customers and its main objective is to steal every last dollar at every opportunity.
The quotes are made at your convenience and do not specify or notify the extra costs that they add to you, apart from the fact that the service is extremely expensive.
A real waste of time and money.
