A	Asistente Administrativo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ malo sus menús super salados, si tienen a un nuevo chef porque hacen el mismo estilo, el nuevo es para que cambie el sabor y mejore, no que se quede con el mismo sazón que el chef anterior es una recomendación, me cae super el nuevo chef pero eso que sean recetas ya fijas y no se pueden cambiar respecto a las medidas al preparar la comida eso esta mal, y las bebidas son para hacerse diabético al cliente están demasiado dulces eso se llama restaurante para mi forma de ver es una empresa que no tiene equilibrio. Saludos! La atención es increíble, y además tienen música mexicana ? definitivamente una excelente manera de iniciar el día. Para personas como yo, que no comemos carne, hay varios platillos que pueden ser vegetarianos. Las bebidas son ricas, sólo un poquito dulces a mi parecer, pero cada paladar es distinto ? También manejan envíos a domicilio, y pueden facilitarnos la vida al despreocuparnos por cocinar. The place is at the end of the square, and it is totally worth stopping to try their dishes. Y me dijo que los reviso y estaban de buen sazón. Eso si Atención al cliente mediante Watsapp bien, a pesar que se me dio el avión por lo del sabor. Espero que no sea un problema general de sazón, porque estaban incomibles. Pero si quieren estar ahí por más tiempo. Necesitan checar la comida. Y que haya consistencia. Pero en verdad es OTRO NIVEL!! Con cada bocado a cualquiera de las comidas y cada sorbo a las bebidas, te das cuenta de lo deliciosos que son. Al parecer su fuerte es el servicio a domicilio. Pedí mi desayuno usando la plataforma de Rappi, el tiempo estimado de espera eran 35 min y sin embargo al pasar mas de una hora llamé para dedir estatus. Me dijeron que el repartidor estaba ya por llegar, me confirmaron mi dirección y aseguraron que no era error suyo. Otra media hora mas tarde vuelvo a llamar y esta vez me dicen que no tenían mi número interior (mentira, en la llamada anterior confirmé con ellos el domicilio) y que no era culpa de ellos, que había una alta demanda de servicio. No contentos con esto, en la plataforma marcaron que yo había recibido el servicio cosa que no sucedió pues yo pedí que me cancelaran la orden. Es la primera vez que me pasa algo así. El restaurante no solo no quizo asumir responsabilidad sino que me culpan a mi "por no dar mi dirección completa". No ofrecieron disculpas o ningún otra forma de remediar un problema que evidentemente es del establecimiento. TERRIBLE SERVICE !! Save yourself a hard time with this business. They told me that the delivery man was about to arrive, they confirmed my address and assured me that it was not their mistake. Another half hour later I call again and this time they tell me that they did not have my internal number (false, in the previous call I confirmed the address with them) and that it was not their fault, that there was a high demand for service. Not happy with this, on the platform they marked that I had received the service, which did not happen because I asked to cancel the order. This is the first time something like this has happened to me. The restaurant not only did not want to take responsibility but they blamed me "for not giving my full address." They did not offer any apologies or any other way to remedy a problem that is obviously with the establishment.
