Soy egresado de la licenciatura en Gastronomía en la UPAEP. Cuento con una trayectoria de más de 10 años, de los cuales, la mitad, los he dedicado a la panadería artesanal y el resto al sector restaurantero. Considero que el cúmulo de experiencias ha marcado mi percepción culinaria, situación que ha posibilitado basar mi trabajo fundamentalmente en tres directrices: el respeto por los ingredientes, el uso de productos de temporada y la mejora continua de las técnicas implementadas. Una de las cosas que más disfruto es brindar momentos de felicidad a la gente a través de mi trabajo.

Coffee is in a huge cup with charming design. Recommended.

I have to deduct 1 star for service as the waiters are stretched thin trying to keep up with the demand of customers coming & going. Still I highly recommend just would suggest to order and grab waiters attention every opportunity you get. Thanks Breaking Bread Coffee for the dedication and attention you put into every dish!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice to relax outside, friendly service and tasty food. Perhaps a bit spendy, but a nice treat for sure. There is parking below ground which is a plus for us. Nice selection of pastries as well.
