Breathless Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa - 77580 Puerto Morelos

The place amazing, drinking all the time anywhere you are from their restaurant to beaches and pools. Music and DJ was good. View from room is amazing. Downside I say is water at beach have rocks you have to walk on than before their borderline they have is tons of seaweed. But it’s amazing experience for anyone to go there for beach, pool, jacuzzi, gym or spa than end the day with restaurants and club music.

Amazing experience! We were very impressed by the quality of service and how new and clean everything looked around the resort. The amenities in the room are amazing, super spacious rooms with all the most modern gadgets. Food was very good, really clean and modern fitness facilities, fun party around the pool everyday and very friendly staff. 100% recommended!

My fiance and I stayed here. The shows are out of this world, the food is eh. Depending on where you eat. The drinks and service is out of this world. I suggest you stay away from their cheese ravioli. The sauce it comes with reminds me of fish paste. The view is awesome, as well as activities by the pool. The reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is because the last 2 days we were there, we had no water, and only 1 elevator worked. Do not do the excursions. They say you will be back at a certain time and you don't get back for over 12 hours. Your lunch on the excursions is at a summer camp, and there is no booze. The day you get there they will try to sell you their exclusive members time share thing. They say it's 90 minutes and it sounds great but it's more like 4 hours and $250,000. So avoid at all costs. Other than that it was a great experience.

I really enjoyed our stay. We went in early May 2022, the beach was fantastic, and they had something for everyone. They have 3 pool sections all with different vibes so it's for all moods. The swim out room was great and had a really nice view. The drink and food were good, but not over the moon amazing. That was the only thing thay could have been improved. I also loved the hydro therapy at the spa. Worth a stay.

Best staff, extremely clean resort. Very gorgeous rooms. Felt like a dream. The environment is perfect. Night life shows were spectacular. Drinks 10/10. Food great. Shout out Gabriel at the pizza bar and pascal at the buffet and Maria at the pool.

This was our second time at this resort and it won’t be the last. This was the best vacation my mom and I have been on. Not only because we were in Mexico with great views, but because of the staff. The events team was AMAZING. Omar was the absolute best. Along with Charlie, Fernanda, and Melany. They were always there to make great connections with the guests and to get them involved in different activities, which were always entertaining & fun. Great dancing and night life. So if you are down for a great time this is the place for you.

The resort itself is nice - it was very clean, the rooms are big, and the day-to-day staff (like the bartenders, servers, and pizza makers) were lovely. Unfortunately, that's where the good parts end. I understand there are always upgrades available at any all-inclusive, but here they are literally jammed down your throat every minute. We traveled with a large group (13), and emailed before arrival to make dinner reservations. We were told we could not make them in advance, but could make them as soon as we arrived. However, every time we tried to make a reservation, we were told no - and ultimately had to pay $$ just to make them, which is absurd. They also did not disclose that for New Years Eve your only option was to pay extra $$ for a reservation, or eat at the buffet. The food is mediocre - honestly the best food was the pizza at the pool and the breakfast buffet. Everything else was not good. Also, room service either took hours or just never showed up, hot water was scarce, and general requests were ignored - for example, I ruined a dress because there was something burned onto the iron that I did not notice and transferred to my clothing when I tried to use it. I called and asked for a new iron, but it never arrived, even after calling to follow up. I expected A LOT more, especially for the $$. There are plenty of other all inclusive options that are far better than this resort.

Stayed a couple of nights on a girls trip and it was so much fun!! The food at every restaurant we tried was fantastic, the property has lush green walking paths to exquisite pools. There is a party pool on one end where all the action is but also a more relaxing quiet pool (both have swim up bars). There is a lot of shaded areas by the beach to relax by the ocean. As with all hotels in the area right now, seaweed is pretty much unavoidable, but they worked very hard to get it cleaned up. Charlie and Estelle gave us excellent service and made me feel sooo special on my last minute birthday trip, it was one surprise after another! The night club sits up and away from guest rooms so music didn’t effect guests in their rooms. Loved my stay and can’t wait to go back!! Thank you to all the fantastic Breathless team!
