★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque no las consumo frecuentemente, son las mejores pizzas que he probado aquí en Huichapan, muy deliciosas. Sin embargo, el día de hoy me quedaron mal con el servicio. Tardaron hora y media en entregarme la pizza cuando me dijeron 35 minutos. Yo entiendo que pueden tener más pedidos antes y por mi no habría ningún problema si así me lo hicieran saber y que tardaría quizá un poco más (de hecho, como tip, así lo deberían hacer con su clientela en general), pero decir un tiempo y tardarse mucho más, da una mala imagen en su servicio. ACTUALIZACION: Felicidades porque han mejorado su servicio en tiempos de entrega y van dentro del tiempo que dicen. Espero sigan así.
Although I don't eat them often, they are the best pizzas I've had here in Huichapan, very delicious. However, today they left me bad with the service. It took an hour and a half for my pizza to be delivered when they told me 35 minutes. I understand that they may have more orders beforehand and for me there would be no problem if they let me know and that it would take perhaps a little longer (in fact, as a tip, they should do it that way with their clientele in general), but say a while and taking much longer, gives a bad image of your service. UPDATE: Congratulations because they have improved their service in delivery times and they go within the time they say. I hope they continue like this.
