★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio , la recepcionista es una pelada no tiene educación para tratar a los clientes, hacen esperar demasiado para atender la llama, te dan información de mala gana, en verdad no se que piensa el dueño de esta empresa , debería de checar más a su personal, y trabajar con actitud de servicio, amabilidad y educación, desde que entra la llamada.
Su empresa no progresará con este tipo de personal más que pésimo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible service, the receptionist is a skinny person with no education to treat customers, they wait too long to answer the flame, they give you information reluctantly, I really don't know what the owner of this company thinks, he should check his personal, and work with an attitude of service, kindness and education, since the call comes in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me comunique con ellos para una Asesoría Técnica de un producto y la Srita. de Recepción me Atendió muy bien, me comunico con una Ingeniera que me Asesoró muy bien y me indico que me proporcionaría la ficha técnica del producto solicitado, que nunca me llego.
A fin de cuentas, mis dudas me las solucionaron.
I contacted them for a Technical Advice on a product and Ms. I received a very good reception, I contacted an Engineer who advised me very well and indicated that I would provide the technical sheet of the requested product, which never came to me.
After all, my doubts solved them.
