I	Ian Trepid (Iantrepid) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best tortilla ive ever had. Great cazuela and ambience. Should not be calling themselves specialty coffee however - its low quality beans with no flavor. Try Babel, Sonido del Mar or Cafe Vintage if you want decent espresso.

Specialty coffee with recipes ranging from the classics (espresso, cappuccino, v60) to local ones, with spices, fruits or cocoa. An hidden gem in Tulum, stressing the cultural aspects of coffee and the pre-Columbian traditional drinks. Plus it is a very quiet and green place, perfect to have breakfast in all tranquillity. They also sell locally produced honey and their coffee (which we ended up purchasing). Great place!

I have a serious criticism, because I would like your high quality coffee to be the best possible for your customers. The grinder you are using produces a lot of small particles and is not at all suitable for use without a paper filter. You should either use a paper (not metal) filter method with your current grinder or invest in a grinder that produces a uniform medium particle size.

Overall wonderful vibes within the walls of Casa Don Diego de la salva where the Coffee/Breakfast is located (ring the bell out front). My daughter and I enjoyed the morning here visiting, drinking, eating in the laid back environment of serenity. Off the main strip of Tulum by a short walk -- and worth it!

Fantastic staff which are passionate about coffee and customer experience in addition to knowledgeable about the coffee they roast and serve to their customers. The owner also gave us a lovely insight to the local honey they produce as well as the cocoa they roast in the kitchen. Would highly recommend this place to start your day with a delicious cup of excellence and vibey environment!

Has avocado toast which was amazing and a coffee/horchata which was quite interesting. The waiter warned me it’s not for everyone but if I didn’t like it he would make me something else. I thought that was very cool of him
