Terrible after-sales service to deliver takes half a year and things incomplete. You criticize them face to face and instead of solving they block you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y muy informales. Compré varios equipos en su tienda en línea que, supuestamente, sí tenían en inventario y nueve meses después hay artículos que no me han entregado. Rara vez contestan el teléfono y cuando lo hacen te aseguran que ya van a llegar los equipos y que "esta semana te los mandan". Pagué el envío en su página y, cuando sí me mandaron algunos equipos, los mandaron con envío por cobrar.
Terrible service and very informal. I bought several pieces of equipment in your online store that, supposedly, they did have in stock and nine months later there are items that have not been delivered to me. They rarely answer the phone and when they do, they assure you that the equipment will arrive and that "this week they will send them to you." I paid for shipping on their page and, when they did send me some equipment, they sent them with shipping collect.

Y obviamente los pasteles están riquísimos, y bellísimos. Es un lugar súper recomendable.
