I just showed up for the closing and everything was done Will also mention that this was not an easy sell for him. It was a million+ dollar property and the transaction was done using cryptocurrency! Everything went so smooth. It was very impressive. This is the second home Joaquin has successfully sold for our family!

I have known Joaquin Martinez for many years now since the time he was helping manage Bric Rental. When we decided to sell our condo, Joaquin got right on it and qualified several potential buyers. Ours was a complex setup involving an LLC but Joaquin had no problem navigating the waters and understanding the company setup which included ownership of one of the condos in Mamitas Village. Joaquin eventually found a qualified buyer and successfully negotiated a fair price for the unit. This involved many meetings from the prospective buyer and myself; I lived in the States and the buyer lived in Mexico City. Joaquin diligently reviewed purchase agreements, legal paperwork, profit & loss statements, etc. Joaquin was extremely honest and fair with all parties involved, not to mention very pleasant to work with. He returned all emails and communications immediately. The sale of the property closed in June.
