Bric Vacation Rentals - 77710 Playa del Carmen

Once again Bric does not disappoint! Their representatives (veronica) their cleaners & handyman ( Rosaria & Juan Carlos are efficient, friendly and right on time! Our condo unit at the Meridian was all that we could hope for we will be back!

We just love dealing with the BRIC. They are a very professional company and respond to your requests and needs quick and efficiently. This is our 10th time spending the winter in Playa del Carmen and in that time we've dealt with 3 different companies at 3 different rental locations and the BRIC is by far the best rental management company we've ever dealt with!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at DK5 in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. I was highly impressed with the studio layout and feel. There was plenty of room, including a small kitchen, with a stove-top, and mini fridge. The king size bed offers built in closets on each side for storage/hanging clothes. The bed was incredibly comfortable too; we had no issues falling asleep. The space was white, bright, and impeccably clean. But that’s not all; it was also decorated in an elegant Disco theme! Made for some great fun photos. Located just minutes from the hustle and bustle of the city life, you can walk practically everywhere from the beaches, restaurants, shops, and more. This was my favorite part about the place, we got to walk and explore so many neat places authentic to Playa Del Carmen. We stayed out late but always felt safe, the building has a code to get in and a key for the room but at night we also had an overnight security guard at the entrance. Last but not least, the view from the rooftop, that also includes an infinity pool! It was stunning; you could see the ocean and much more. We will definitely be returning soon! El Faro Condo #303 Reef was horrible!! DO NOT RENT THERE! It shouldn't even be listed for rent at all and no self respecting reputable rental company would try to rent this as a luxury apartment. It is far from luxury and they should be ashamed. Bric Rentals service was equally as bad as the condo. I reserved for 9 days but left and moved to another hotel after 1 day. I mean it was a real dump but they advertised and cost as a luxury rental. It was dirty and dusty with dust hanging from the ceiling fan and furnishings.The kitchen faucet was leaking. The bath shelf ripped off the wall. Walls were dingy and probably hadn't been cleaned or washed in ages. The sofa was slashed in many places and dirty. I called the Bric Rentals rep over and all they could do is agree with me on the conditions and sent someone to clean the ceiling fans- thats it. They said they would try to find me another better unit. After 4 hour they whatsapped me and said that they could not find me one. I wanted another condo or my money back. They also advertised free use of a cell during the stay that we never received. In response Bric rentals offered free transport back to the airport as an adjustment for the conditions which was totally unacceptable. I have pictures to prove the conditions of the condo. I asked for a refund and have not heard from them since. DO NOT STAY HERE OR BOOK THROUGH BRIC RENTALS!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!

The location was perfect and having two separate bedrooms and bathrooms was really nice! The staff on site were friendly and responsive. The only issue we had was getting more garbage bags. We were told the owner of our unit only provided what we were given when we arrived which was one larger kitchen kitchen bag and NO replacements for the bathroom. As owners of vacation properties ourselves I would never expect my guests to have to go out of their way to purchase garbage bags. In my opinion that is a basic needed supply. I would also suggest supplying more towels/washcloths in the unit. What was provided was very minimal and could really use replacing. They were quite worn. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

Bric Vacation Rentals offers some of the best rental units around. Their customer service is top notch and I have always received fast response to any of my requests or questions. The rental units they offer are have always been very clean and in very safe locations. I will be staying at one of their properties next time I am on vacation. I highly recommend you do as well. 5 stars for their communications, for locations and most importantly for the Cleanliness of their units. Thank you all at Bric Vac. This is the type of property that photographs really well but falls apart when you start looking at the details. We stayed in unit 223 - 2nd floor, ocean view. View: upon first walking in to the unit, all we could see was floor-to-ceiling glass and a wonderful view of the water. Step out onto the balcony, though, and that view is marred by a row of lots between the building and the beach. One lot was storage for a Sea Doo rental company. The other had an old pickup truck and 5th-wheel trailer that looked like it hadn't been used for quite some time. There was a bunch of furniture scattered on the lot and the remains of tents with twisted frames and tattered canvas. Interior and furniture: this is one tired unit. A dryer vent that I had to tape into place so I could use it. Patio furniture pillows full of holes. An interior wicker ottoman that was broken, but instead of throwing it out, they covered the broken section with a tray. Bathroom fixtures that were long past their prime. I take much better care of my home, so when I pay thousands of dollars to stay for one week in a place like this, it's disappointing. This was booked through Expedia and managed by Bric Vacation Rentals. I expect that there are a variety of units in different conditions available, but Bric should establish better unit condition standards if they want repeat customers.

After a disastrous first month at another condo booked with a different company, I contacted Abril who was able to find us this great condo in The Elements. Beautiful, Very comfortable and well appointed condo with an amazing view and amenities galore. Miguel our Bric ambassador was very attentive and helpful, he’s a gem! All the staff on the premises are great and the entire place is extremely well maintained. Loved it so much we’re coming back next year for 3 months..
