Nice hotel in great neighborhood. Charged me $120 USD for a small load of laundry on my way out. Half the cost of my room. Room had no windows.

This place was STELLAR. I don't understand how anyone could rate it less than 5 stars -- location's amazing and near so many fabulous restaurants (including their own) and shops, staff was incredible and the hospitality you receive during your stay is just amazing. I checked in and was immediately greeted with a complimentary beverage and a sweet man to carry my bags and show me to my room, which had a fully-equipped mini bar and fruits/alcohol to enjoy. That night, I got back from dinner and the man behind the desk gave me freshly made cookies baked by their chef -- how thoughtful! I booked the Suite with Terrace, had the best views of the greenery outside and really just relaxed all day long. I was blown away by the room and how friendly the staff was. You can contact them through the phone in your room or through their Whatsapp number. This staff is full of the kindest people ever, I genuinely loved speaking to them and could tell they just wanted to make me happy. Overall: I've been to many different cities and have stayed at some of the most luxurious hotels/Airbnbs.. however, this place easily made it to the top 2. You will absolutely NOT regret staying here. I love this place and will be returning next time I'm in CDMX! Thanks, Hotel Brick.

Arrived after a long flight and had no workable internet in my room. Was assured it would be fixed but spent the day in basement bar carrying out work and returned to my room to find no internet still. Staff are very polite but spoken to them ten times and no improvement or ability to change me to another room. Need internet to stay in touch with loved ones and work colleagues so it’s very frustrating. Will update if there is any resolution.

We came for the last leg of our honeymoon and loved it! The hotel feels brand new and extremely polished. The decor is masculine, sexy and chic. We loved the location in Roma Norte— the street in which the hotel is located has so many trees and trendy coffee shops/restaurants.

Room was exceptionally clean, nice linens and products. The light in my suite was broken so I unscrewed the shade only to see no light bulb and a broken glass shade thing. I put it on the floor bc I wasn't going to try to put it back on...I go to check out and apparently the cleaning person immediately inspected my room. The mgr on duty asked if there was an incident. I said not with me for you bc the lamp was broken and missing a light bulb. Instrsd of apologizing she abruptly leaves to check herself then no one tells me why I can't checkout yet. I store my luggage and upon return she has the audacity to show me a printout of the cost of the light fixture and say I'm not being charged as tho its a favor to me. Unreal. She then told me I should have reported it. Like I didn't want to be a pain at 8pm at night nor did I want to talk to anyone. Instead of putting the onus on me maybe properly inspected the room. BTW you're welcome for letting you know both your room and management are substandard. I'll be taking

PSA: The superior queen room has no windows. I have never stayed at a hotel that offers rooms with no windows. The only light coming into the room is from blinds that open to the hallway. We would wake up at 8 am and our room would be pitch black. It was weird. Again, I’ve never been in a hotel that offers rooms without windows. I feel like this is so large of an issue, that the lack of windows should be part of the room description. I do not know that I would have reserved the room if I had known there were no windows. We asked to be moved, but apparently the hotel was booked. Also, the hotel publicize plush robes but only offer worn waffle bath robes. Otherwise the service is kind and gracious. While this hotel seems to have high scores, the review for this hotel are intermingled with people who have only experienced its restaurant only.

We’ve just checked in. The staff is really nice. The hotel is bizarrely dark. So dark it takes a while for my eyes to adjust. My room rate is 284.00 USD per night incl. tax. There are no windows. My friend who also booked this hotel does not have any windows either. You cannot drink the tap water and they’re charging 70 pesos for 350ml water. Its not a lot, I know. But you CAN’T drink the tap water. The Oxo is 350m away. No big deal. It’s a nice hotel but not great value for the money. EDIT: The staff are wonderful; attentive, excellent English, welcoming. I can’t heap enough praise on them.
