El único pero, es que saque cita y al llegar desconocieron que lo había hecho, pero de inmediato me atendieron

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué con cita, y la persona que me estaba atendiendo estaba ocupada con otra clienta, solo te permiten probarte 3 vestidos y aparte me apresuraron para quitarme el vestido, no me hicieron sentir emocionada y la señora era demasiado apática. No recomiendo para nada.
I arrived by appointment, and the person who was attending me was busy with another client, they only allow you to try on 3 dresses and apart from that they rushed me to take off the dress, they did not make me feel excited and the lady was too apathetic. I do not recommend at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encontré pocos vestidos, me probé algunos, la señorita me atendió y apoyo en el probador. Llegó un momento en que me insistieron tanto en llevármelo porque se acaban y que además solo ese día me ofrecían un descuento del 20% pero que prácticamente tenía que dejar dinero de apartado. El tema fue tan desagradable porque en el momento que no deje apartado me pusieron cara y ni siquiera la señora me dijo hasta luego, me despedí y me ignoro. Pésimo.
Días después fui a la misma tienda en República de Brasil y no saben que atención y espero de la señorita.

There came a time when they insisted so much on taking it with me because they ran out and that only that day they offered me a 20% discount but I practically had to leave money aside. The subject was so unpleasant because the moment I didn't leave it aside they put a face on me and not even the lady told me see you later, I said goodbye and ignored me. Appalling.
Days later I went to the same store in the Republic of Brazil and they don't know what attention and expect from the lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No desperdicien su tiempo en esta tienda. Hice cita, y desde el principio el servicio muy malo, sobre todo comparado con otras tiendas de novias a las que fui antes.
La persona que me estaba atendiendo me dio 2 vestidos para probarme y realmente no me dejaron ver mucho para yo poder escoger. Solo te permiten probarte 4 vestidos sin previo aviso, y dicen que tienes que hacer otra cita si te quieres probar más. Si vas acompañada no hay donde sentarse para que vean el vestido bien, tienen que entrar al probador, muy raro e incómodo.
La actitud de los vendedores (uña señora y un chavo) muy mala, aunque me hubiera gustado muchísimo un vestido de ahí, no lo compraría por cómo te hacen sentir. Para los precios que tienen, dejan mucho que desear tal como dicen las otras reviews. No recomiendo para nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los vestidos son bonitos, pero la atención es pésima, hay una señora que es muy apática, te apresura a probarte los vestidos y no te hace recomendaciones y opciones sobre los modelos. Yo vi que el chico (delgado y un poco alto) es mucho más amigable, yo quería que él me atendiera pero no tuve suerte. NO TE DEJAN TOMARTE FOTOS, ¿así como vas a decidir lo que quiere?

The dresses are beautiful, but the attention is terrible, there is a lady who is very apathetic, she rushes you to try on the dresses and does not make recommendations and options about the models. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención y servicio, el chico que nos atendió en la recepción, muy amable, sin embargo, la chica con la que me probé los vestidos, con pésima educación, apática y todo demasiado rápido.
Cuando le comenté que quería probarme otro me dijo “por eso te estamos preguntando desde el principio”
No puedo creer que en tiendas especializadas en bodas, traten de esa manera a gente que está emocionada por adquirir un vestido, pues yo iba con la idea de comprarlo ya que me pareció fantástico pero incluso aunque le comenté al chico de recepción del trato, la verdad el sabor amargo no se me quitó, pésima atención
