★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen muy buen servicio. Son pacientes con personas como yo...sé absolutamente nada al respecto. Espero que las llantas salgan bien, pedí las mismas que traía de fábrica pero... Me pareció buen detalle que me ofrecieran varias opciones, incluyendo más económicas. También, fueron rápidos, llamé en viernes y solo tenían 1 llanta del modelo que quería y para el sábado temprano ya tenían las 4. Cuando recogí el auto, era cerca de la hora de cierre pero llegaron unos chavos y querían que en ese segundo los atendieran aunque el mecánico me estaba explicando algo. El señor, de manera muy amable, los tranquilizó... cosa que me pareció una manera muy adecuada de manejar esa incómoda situación.
They have very good service. They are patient with people like me ... I know absolutely nothing about it. I hope the tires turn out well, I asked for the same ones I brought from the factory but ... I thought it was a good touch that they offered me several options, including cheaper ones. Also, they were quick, I called on Friday and they only had 1 tire of the model I wanted and by early Saturday they were already 4:00. When I picked up the car, it was close to closing time but some guys arrived and wanted them to be in that second. They attended even though the mechanic was explaining something to me. The gentleman, in a very kind way, reassured them ... which seemed like a very appropriate way to handle this uncomfortable situation.

La atención telefónica (en sábado fue muy buena, de hecho mande a volar a la VolksWagen Coyoacán por groseros y nefastos) y acá me atendieron muy bien
