★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible el servicio de atención a clientes y venta por teléfono. Pides tus llantas y no te agendan porque dicen tener en stock, llegas a la tienda y no hay llantas.
Terrible customer service and phone sales. You ask for your tires and they don't schedule you because they say they have them in stock, you arrive at the store and there are no tires.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré unas llantas de buena calidad y el precio fue muy bueno y a crédito. Además me revisaron la suspensión del vehículo sin costo. El único detalle que ví que pedí la cotización de reparación de la suspensión y ya no la enviaron.
I bought some good quality tires and the price was very good and on credit. They also checked the vehicle's suspension at no cost. The only detail I saw that I asked for the suspension repair quote and they no longer sent it.

Además de la venta de llantas cuentan con otros servicios básicos de mecánica que te pueden ofrecer, a mi punto de vista podrían ampliar un poco más su catálogo de llantas.
Te brindan una liga para que des seguimiento por internet a tu vehículo con vídeo y una descripción de las posibles fallas que presenta, todo esto con apoyo de escanear de diagnóstico.

In addition to the sale of tires, they have other basic mechanical services that they can offer you, in my point of view they could expand their catalog of tires a little more.
They provide you with a link to monitor your vehicle online with video and a description of the possible faults it presents, all this with the support of diagnostic scanning.
