★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy algo decepcionada. Es la segunda vez que vengo y no cumplen con el tiempo para solo poner una llanta. Diciendo que la tienen en bidega. Pero el encargado se va a comer.
Dicen 1 hora y ya van casi dos horas esperando.
La vez pasada fue algo similar. Creo buscaré otra opción la siguiente vez.
I'm a bit disappointed. It's the second time I come and do not meet the time to just put a tire. Saying they have it in bidega. But the manager is going to eat.
They say 1 hour and they are already waiting almost two hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reemplace las llantas de mi auto que tenía unas Firestone de agencia y me duraron 5 años sin darme problemas, así que le puse unas de la misma marca y en esta llantera las obtuve con excelente precio, comparando con otras marcas y otras llanteras. Muy atento Jonathan quien me hizo la cotización y aclaro mis dudas. No pude hacer cita a una hora en particular, quizas porque era periodo vacacional y tenían bastanate trabajo, pero me indicaron que podía llegar antes de abrir y fui al primero que atendieron.
I replaced the tires on my car that had an agency Firestone and they lasted 5 years without giving me problems, so I put some of the same brand and in this tire I got them with an excellent price, comparing with other brands and other tires. Very attentive Jonathan who made me the quote and clarified my doubts. I could not make an appointment at a particular time, perhaps because it was a vacation period and they had enough work, but they told me that I could arrive before opening and I went to the first one that was attended.
