Llevé mi auto a un cambio de amortiguadores, me lo entregaron y le dejaron un ruido tremendo en la parte del amortiguador delantero izquierdo. Regresamos y el operador dijo que no era cuestión del amortiguador ni de su trabajo sino que requería una engrasada de carrocería. No se hizo responsable. Lo llevamos con otro técnico y frente a nosotros confirmó que no había sido adecuadamente instalado el amortiguador.
Disappointed in the service despite being clients for several years. I took my car to a shock change, they handed it over to me and they left a tremendous noise on the front left shock absorber part. We returned and the operator said that it was not a question of the shock or his work but that he required a body oiling. He was not responsible. We took it to another technician and in front of us he confirmed that the shock absorber had not been properly installed.
