 Terrible service, they do not respect the guarantee, the tires go wrong and they say it is not their problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente trato, amables y un servicio de primera. Cambie llantas y el paquete incluía; alineación, balanceo, válvulas nuevas y calibrado de aire. También me hicieron un presupuesto para cambio de amortiguadores y cambio de aceite de motor, la verdad quede muy satisfecho, trabajan bien, son muy limpios y te entregan el auto justo a tiempo. Lo mejor de todo tienen un amplio surtido de llantas, tamaños y Marcas, precios variables según la calidad del neumático. Igualmente tienen servicio de cambio de frenos y mecánica en gral. Tienen sala de espera, baños limpios, revistas. Aceptan tarjetas bancarias. Muy recomendable.
Excellent treatment, friendly and first class service. Change tires and the package included; alignment, balancing, new valves and air calibration. They also made a budget for me to change the shock absorbers and change the motor oil, the truth is I was very satisfied, they work well, they are very clean and they deliver the car just on time. Best of all, they have a wide assortment of rims, sizes and brands, prices varying depending on the quality of the tire. They also have service of change of brakes and mechanics in gral. They have a waiting room, clean bathrooms, magazines. They accept bank cards. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo que les puedo decir es que en la sucursal de portales jajaja ntp a la de Yokohama la Sarita Griselda es una excelente persona te atiende muy bien, venía desde Pachuca y solicito mis llantas para que estuvieran listas a mí llegada
Ojo bien importante ella está en la sucursal que está de lado izquierdo la que NO dice Yokohama y bueno el trato y servicio de los que prepararon mi auto excelente ahora sí que le pongo un 10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio lleve mi choche ha alinear me dijeron que volviera en 2 horas regrese y me dijeron que no se podia alinear por que los bujes de las horquillas estaban mal.lo lleve al taller de mi confianza y me mostraron que estaban bien lleve mi carro ha otra llantera y no tube problema.y los muy cinicos me cobraron $ 120 por la revision. Yo creo que estaban cansados los mecanicos pobrecitos. Van rumbo al exito
Terrible service I took my car to align they told me to come back in 2 hours I came back and they told me that it could not be aligned because the fork bushings were bad. I took it to the workshop I trust and they showed me that they were fine I took my car to another tire shop and I had no problem. And the very cynical ones charged me $120 for the revision. I think the poor little mechanics were tired. They are heading for success

For 3 years I have been taking my taxi to do services and I liked this workshop, they take good care of you and I have never had problems, they do everything well. I recommend this place .excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They gave me the lowest price for the Firestone Firehawk 900 tires I was looking for. The lady at the counter answered my phone call, offered a low price, checked they had the tires in the correct size available, and waited for me to arrive even after her closing time on saturday, and arranged for their tire fitter to receive me the following sunday morning for installing them. The installation went smoothly and I found the place very convenient and the personnel nice and helpful.
