La mayoría de sus empleados son personas con experiencia tanto en servicio al cliente como en conocimiento de refacciones. No tienen una pieza en existencia, te la consiguen en menos de una semana. Saben darte solución al momento. La atención telefónica forma parte de ello. Por último cuenta con servicio de taller, hay fechas o días en los que pueden llegar a estar saturados por lo cual es sinónimo de calidad. Una recomendación si se quiere hacer uso del servicio de taller es definir la fecha en que se necesita el trabajo hecho e ir con antelación. Porque no siempre es fácil encontrar cupo.
