★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio al cliente, se tardan semanas en atender un reporte de falla en montacargas. En específico el vendedor José Zavala quien responde los correos después de varios días (y si es que los contesta) y tampoco responde las llamadas.
Poor customer service, it takes weeks to service a forklift failure report. Specifically, the seller José Zavala who answers emails after several days (and if he answers them) and does not answer calls either.
