★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor empresa outsourcing... espero que el gobierno les realice auditoría y se percaten de todas las anomalías que suceden.
Laboré allí durante 5 años por necesidad y pude ver la cantidad de atropellos contra los trabajadores, no pagan vacaciones a tiempo, piden programar con un mes de anticipación y aún así transcurren las vacaciones y no se goza del "beneficio".
Esta empresa es manejada por un grupo de abogados que someten y engañan a los trabajadores mediante su contrato.
Personalmente cuando firmé contrato me dijeron q mi pago sería por "X" cantidad y al ver mi recibo pude notar q no era un salario neto real, pues lo dividían en varios conceptos en el q al final mi salario era solo una fracción, detalle por el cual nunca pude cotizar en el Infonavit ya que me tenían registrado por debajo del salario mínimo, jamás pude solicitar creditos ni nada por el estilo debido a esto.
La gente tiene la necesidad y estas empresas abusan cruelmente del trabajador. No es justa, cero comprometida...

I worked there for 5 years out of necessity and I could see the amount of abuses against the workers, do not pay holidays on time, ask to schedule a month in advance and still spend the holidays and do not enjoy the "benefit".
This company is managed by a group of lawyers who subject and deceive the workers through their contract.
Personally when I signed a contract they told me that my payment would be for "X" amount and when I saw my receipt I could see that it was not a real net salary, because it was divided into several concepts in which at the end my salary was only a fraction, detail by which I could never quote in the Infonavit since they had me registered below the minimum wage, I could never ask for credits or anything like that because of this.
People have a need and these companies cruelly abuse the worker. It's not fair, zero committed ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto trato. Las de Recursos Humanos quedaron "formalmente" de hablarme debido a la ineptitud de los oficiales de TERRET. No solo me quitaron en el edificio el INE, tambien me quitaron la credencial verde que tuve que pagar reposición de 50 pesos con el pretexto de que "usaba mucho el celular". De verdad una de las peores experiencias que he tenido laboralmente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una empresa de limpieza jardinería seguridad. Excelente atención de parte de los entrevistadores. Excelente atención para las entrevistas y muy rápida la atención y contratación. Pagos semanales y servicios cerca de los domicilios. Excelentes instalaciones muy cerca del metro la raza. Solo que el seguimiento de los servicios no es oñortuni, o a ves es incorrecto. De ahí en fuera todo bien con la empresa brillolim.
