★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice una compra de unos pequeños aretitos de palito atrás con broche de bolita para niña. Solo duraron 4 días puestos. Se le quebró el palito y quedó la figurita sola. Fui a que me los cambiaran o hablar con alguien y definitivamente me negaron todo. Ni siquiera me dieron algún medio para quejarme, simplemente me dejaron hablar y me dijeron a todo que NO. Las frases que utilizaron me molestaron mucho: "No sabemos el mal manejo que les dio" "Saliendo de la tienda no es nuestro problema" Súper NO RECOMENDABLE!
I made a purchase of some small stick earrings in the back with a ball clasp for a girl. They only lasted 4 days on. The stick broke and the figurine was left alone. I went to get them changed or talk to someone and they definitely denied me everything. They didn't even give me any means to complain, they just let me speak and told everyone NO. The phrases they used bothered me a lot: "We don't know the bad handling he gave them" "Leaving the store is not our problem" Super NOT RECOMMENDED!
