I am the first one to review this restaurant and it is not going to be good. I had been staying at Hotel Beverly where this restaurant is and decided to try out their breakfast. I added the breakfast for first day's stay out of 8 days that I was going to be staying here. This would allow me to taste out the food and test out the service. I would add more if all went well. When I entered the restaurant with my wife and let the man at the restaurant (Captain David) know that this is included with our stay for that day, he was clueless. He asks the front desk and gets a yes. Then he comes back and says that all we will get for our breakfast is Juice, Coffee and toasted bread which sounded weird for the price we were paying. We tell him that would not be correct so he goes to check somewhere, and comes back and says he is sure that's all we would get. At this point we had to get up from our tables and go to the reception and bring the front desk representative to come with us and explain it to the Captain. He then agrees and lets us sit. By this time we were embarrassed and frustrated. He would still go ahead and make other mistakes like tell us that we will only get juice and not fruits and then come back and says he was wrong and brings fruits. They also put a wrong room number on our receipt. It was all a very messy experience and I am glad I only added one day's breakfast. The staff here is clueless and pretentious. Food is ordinary at best. Do not go here and save yourself the embarrassment and frustration.
