★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible actitud pésimo servicio al cliente, uno va a pagar por un servicio y se porta como si le estuviera haciendo un favor gratis a las personas, y cree que por decir gracias te puede tratar déspotamente y diciendo tengo gente que atender cuando estás llamando para una cotización para ir a comprar las llantas, una actitud pasiva agresiva terrible, ni una estrella alcanza de servicio.
Es un muy mal lugar para comprar llantas, mala atención y por supuesto que garantías ni que nada de productos, tache. No alcanza ninguna estrella pero no puedes postear la nota si no le pones algo, es horroroso el servicio de este hombre y te cuelga el teléfono porque tiene gente que atender...Ni vayan.
Terrible attitude lousy customer service, one is going to pay for a service and behaves as if he were doing a free favor to people, and believes that by saying thank you can treat you drearily and saying I have people to attend when you are calling for a quote to go to buy the tires, a terrible aggressive passive attitude, not a star reaches service.
It is a very bad place to buy tires, bad attention and of course guarantees that nothing of products, strike. It does not reach any star but you can not post the note if you do not put something on it, this man's service is horrible and he hangs up your phone because he has people to attend ... Do not go.
