Good smoothies but didn't hit the gym

Amazing/life changing experience! Maria, was the one who assisted me in navigating around the spa. Blanca was my masseuse... long story short if you go to Brio please request these two as they were so accommodating and genuine. Blanca is extremly gifted in her craft. My body feels great! Thanks again for the services Brio Spa!

We attended the spa for a couples massage and were overall very pleased with the experience. The spa included hydrotherapy access 1 hour before and this was the only disappointment as it was not coed and separated us. You would think with it being a not coed hydrotherapy area you would not be required to wear a bathing suit however at this Spa even though it is separated they ask that you keep your bathing suit on throughout the hydrotherapy experience. The other disappointment is that Jacuzzi in the hydro therapy area was not very hot at all and is the only Jacuzzi in the resort. Regarding the couple's massage there is a surprise at the end which was quite enjoyable for both me and my wife and unexpected. We certainly would recommend a couples massage here however it is very pricey as is to be expected at a resort like this.

The gym has an Olympic bar. A bunch of nice machines that work well. Plenty of cardio machines. It is very well equipped and the employees are helpful. They even have water with orange peels and cucumbers.

My spa services was great, however the lady who did my service added things that I did not request or approve. This same thing happened the day before to my niece. I tried to contest the excess charges and they said that I asked for the extra services!! The lady spoke perfect English, so there was language barrier. I just think that they are trying to get over on people. Someone is padding their pockets.. They need to change the way they're doing business. I will not support this company again when I return to Mexico. Neither will I support their other company, Spatium. You've lost a customer Brio! All over $32, which is a drop in the bucket. But it's about principle and integrity. Customers beware.

Great smoothies my favorite was watermelon, cantaloupe and pineapple! Chicken sandwich was not bad either.
