★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone as it's basically an automated switchboard and whatever option you choose, it directs you to check their website. When you eventually can speak with a human being, they cannot (or do not want to) advise you and direct you to check their website. Super unhelpful service. By the way, their website is outdated and does not contain the information I was looking for.

Switchboard number offers 3 very limited options, two of which are just a recorded message and the other sends you to officers in the UK for emergencies only. Got one reply on Facebook!!! Which put me back to the switchboard number. Still haven't had any help. Round and round and round with no one doing anything. Terrible service
