The area reflects a lot of insecurity, the tower is surrounded by factories and the entrance street is scary at night, is like to arrive and never leave walking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones y el lugar son excelentes, pero tienen una administración interna y mesa directiva que hacen lo que quieren a su gusto sin respetar el reglamento y los lineamientos, imponen multas inexistentes para privarte de los servicios y valla de ir el mantenimiento no es barato.
The facilities and the place are excellent, but they have an internal administration and board of directors that do what they want to their liking without respecting the regulations and guidelines, they impose non-existent fines to deprive you of services and the maintenance is not cheap.

Hay problemas con fugas al estacionamiento de la alberca y fallas con las lecturas de luz y gas que llegan elevadísimos.
Mucho cuidado si planean comprar departamento por que la arquitecta encargada y administración se hacen de la vista gorda.
The poor quality of the materials used in the second tower is very evident.
There are problems with leaks to the parking lot of the pool and failures with electricity and gas readings that are very high.
Be very careful if you plan to buy an apartment because the architect in charge and administration turn a blind eye.
